-What is Integration and Why is it required?

Cloud Integration connects various applications over internet for real-time exchange of data. It adds value for your organization to maximize ROI of your HRMS investment to use HRIS consistantly across applications and thus accelerate business performance.

-How long does it take to integrate with HRIS?

In case of greytHR HRIS software (our integration partner, India's #1 payroll SaaS brand) the integration with OKR Stars™ or Skills2Talent™ applications is already done (pre-integrated). However, we may need 1 to 2 weeks to work with you to validate the imported data and get a go-live approval. Thus, no waiting for I.T. help - the hard work of setting up data integration is already done through our pre-built integrations. For any other HRIS it depends on the REST API services provision & required support from your HRMS service provider to help you.

-Does it import/pull all details from our HRMS or only HRIS?

The use cases (intent) to integrate are for the products of OKR Stars™ & Skills2Talent™. At the same time, the integration does not import/pull the sensitive/confidential information, payroll data which is out of scope for our solution. It does import only the required HRIS data that are tailored to meet your business needs to promote cohesive and streamlined HR ecosystem with secure and stable apps. Thus you can spend less time on manual adminstrative tasks and focus more on your people.

-Can you provide a few examples of HRIS integration data

Some of the key information that are imported/pulled from your HRIS include, basic employee information, employment details, position related information, organization reporting hierarchy and work locations etc.
