Vaidya has >30 Years of industry experience primarily in R&D focusing software product development, testing/QA and customer service. His technology career includes working with “Fortune 15/54/500 companies” at Bengaluru, Silicon Valley of India. His MNC stint has been with Motorola, Nortel Networks ODC (BPL), Siemens, Ness, Intel, HP, Huawei and USR Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd (present).
Has diversified work experience with global corporate / work culture of USA, Costa Rica, Canada, Israel, Germany, Austria, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, UAE and India.
Vaidya is qualified with MTech – Information Technology, BS - Information Systems and P.G. Diploma – Marketing Management.
Shubha is a seasoned Business leader and has more than 3 decades of extensive experience in the areas of IT Strategy, Operations, Delivery, Quality, Sales, Manufacturing Quality, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. She has experience in managing large global teams, managing functions, customer service and operations in large companies and startups. Shubha is an expert in Managing Change and Transformation. She is familiar with all aspects of organizational development and has extensive experience and exposure to developing and implementing programs, consulting on Performance Management and Change initiatives, which make a significant impact on the business and the individuals.
Shubha started her career with Advani Oerlikon, Blue Star, and Escorts & then later served in leadership roles with Motorola, Dell, Thomson Reuters & TCS. Her last corporate assignment was with Thomson Reuters as VP and Global Head of Enterprise Business Group. She was also the CTO Technology Integration. In these roles, she has helped in accelerating change, Setting up Captive Centre’s, driving large- scale process quality Improvement programs, Technology Integration programs, to name a few. She has also played an instrumental role in creating learning strategy, as well as facilitating organizational effectiveness initiatives like Performance Management Systems, Quality Management system, Software engineering Processes globally.

RS is a Senior Technology and Management Professional with over 20 years of Experience in Software Development working with Oracle, GE and ABB. Have significant experience in development of enterprise software products, business critical applications and solutions. Starting with Oracle Software Development Center in early days RS has worked with some of the flagship Oracle products.
Having spent over 10 years with ABB where he has been responsible for delivering several business-critical application and solutions for Industrial Automation systems (Energy, Power and Water). Have strong technical acumen, successfully built and managed globally distributed teams. Have been granted patent and have publication in the area of industrial automation. Specializes in building large scale, distributed and reliable Software Platforms, Applications and Frameworks across domains.
As a qualified professional in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) he has been instrumental in applying these cutting-edge technology solutions in mobile CHATBOT. Many new prototypes, research projects are being led through NIT/IIT interns to apply NLP, Deep Learning, Learn Classification Algorithms in OKR & Talent Management Applications to solve critical pain points of corporates/SMBs in HR space.
