We are open for the following internships in our organization to help us in the following key areas;

What you will do:

Implementing AI, ML, Power BI and CHAT BOT solutions in HRMS cloud based software application

• Identify and Solve some of the complex problems in the Human Resource Management (HR) domain using AI
• Building data models using DL/ML techniques for NLP/computer vision
• Working on data mining, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, time series analysis, statistical tests, and algorithmic implementations
• Developing data models on R, Python, etc. to solve HRMS specific problems for HR/Managers/Employees (talent management perspective)
• Prototyping ML Algorithms for Talent Management use cases in HRMS
• Integration of ML algorithm into existing HRMS and tools frameworks
• Data retrieval technique for most compelling use cases / predictive analytics in HR domain
• Researching on the problems that we don’t know exist yet
• Building required tools and accelerators
• Data analysis
• Writing production class code to bring a new experience to our present/new customers
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• CHATBOT integrations
• CHATBOT, AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), Power Business Intelligence, experience in HR domain app will be a plus
• Assist content writers to write white papers or promo content to create awareness about these solutions as marketing campaign

General Requirements:

• Should be a self-starter with minimum guidance
• Prior internship experience in mobile app development will be a plus
• Sample projects, portfolio, certificates from your earlier project assignments and show cases will help us understand your enthusiasm of learning
• You need to have a laptop, required software tools/frameworks, internet connectivity and a mobile phone to be self-sufficient to perform internship

Additional Information:

Hiring is not limited to internship, it also includes full-time roles if the candidate wants to continue after their tenure. They will be selected for a full-time role post their tenure and will be eligible for full-time salary packages based on their performance. So experienced candidates and freshers will also be entertained along with summer internship students.
