Hiring For Marketing Officer

Job Description

1. Ensuring that the budgeted sales volumes and revenues are met with, so as to achieve business results

2. Managing Distribution

Carrying out field visits so as to meet with distributors and dealers and thus achieving sales by understanding their demands and providing appropriate solutions. Also taking orders from them and coordinating the process with the respective administrative assistant.

3. Manage Collections

Coordinate and manage the process of collections from the dealers and the distributors based on the outstanding and credit limit available to them.

4. Managing Marketing Field Assistant's

Managing and training the Marketing Field Assistants about how to carry out Marketing/Promotion Activities e.g. Van Distributor/Dealer Meetings, Farmer Meetings, Field Day, Field Demo, Jeep Campaign, Farmer Visit etc and thus providing them on the job training and sales skills for market development.

5. Generate data base of prospective Distributors/Dealers/farmers.

6. Miscellaneous responsibilities

Carry out market research as per the need and requirement as intimated by the Regional Business Manager.

7. Participate in exhibitions and generate inquiries.

8. Problem Solving in assigned area such as germination issue etc.

9. Special Projects

Update Time Attendance/Sales/Marketing Activities/Distributors Detail/Dealers Detail, Farmers/Growers Detail, Collection and Other if it may be required to company mobile system.
Carryout special project on need basis as and when required.
